Here at Xonder, once you place your order with us, a contract will be sent out to the you. The order will be processed immediately after the contract has been signed and will take up to 2-3 working days to be delivered to the customer. If there happens to be a delay in delivery time, please contact customerservice@xepay.co.uk for more information about the details of your order and its whereabouts.
